We achieve the high quality and competitive pricing of our PCB transformers by implementing manufacturing processes on a controlled high automation level. For your benefit we are continuously improving these manufacturing processes.
Ongoing training of our employees and being involved in the constant processes of technical innovations are the motivating basis for our team to perform daily very customer-focused and quality-conscious.
The technical design of the transformers is generated by our decades-long experience and the current requirements provided by the legislation, regulations and standards, that also affect to the materials we use.
Since founding the company we follow our concept of planning in the long-term, acting sustainable and with the responsibility to produce in topmost product quality.

Quality control
- Automated intermediate testing ensures a permanent quality control of our multi-level manufacturing process. There is a final testing as a 100% routine test that is also automated and fully recorded.
Every transformer leaves our facilities tested! - GERTH is an annually „Approved Place of Manufacture“ certified by the VDE (VDE testing- and certification institute) / Offenbach.
- Regular tests of types in our laboratory complement the quality control.
- The basis for quality product design is our well-equipped development laboratory, which was certified by the VDE in the "Test Data Acceptance Program" for the type tests of the safety transformers. Equipment and know-how are available unchanged, only the certification was not continued for cost reasons.
- The majority of GERTH standard types are certified with the VDE Approval.
- In cooperation with BREMER Transformatoren GmbH our quality management system is certified according to ISO 9001:2008 by TÜV Rheinland/Köln
(certificate ISO9001:2015).
